New to The Gathering
Our goal is to create an environment for you to make connections and explore Jesus at your pace.
When you come to a Sunday service at the Gathering you can expect a relaxed atmosphere, great coffee, and good conversation, followed by uplifting music and a practical message that you can apply to your life. Our focus is on creating a safe place where everybody can explore faith at their pace in a judgment-free environment.
For some of us, the thought of going to a church where you do not know anyone can be a little intimidating. Don't let this stop you. Contact us in advance and we will personally greet you and be your support throughout the service. We look forward to meeting you.

The Gathering is located in Mt. Shasta, CA with majestic Mount Shasta sitting at 14,179 feet as its background. There is a spiritual aspect to the mountain that draws visitors to explore their faith each year. For some, it is where Heaven meets Earth.
For us, we feel blessed to live in an area where nature offers us beauty and tranquility. We believe that God is behind this creation and thank him for it regularly.
If you are visiting Mt. Shasta for spiritual growth, then please visit our church. We welcome and love people of all faiths. We hope to be part of your spiritual journey where you can explore Jesus at your pace. We welcome your questions.

We hold to Original Christian Spirituality which focuses on the single command of Jesus to love, love family, enemy and everyone in between. Love is our most powerful weapon.
Corey, our lead pastor, is personable, filled with energy, and has a great sense of humor which is evident as he speaks. His message is designed to help each of us on our spiritual journey.
Mike, our associate pastor, is down to earth and honors each person’s authenticity as he delivers his message of God’s love and how the Holy Spirit works through us.

Children’s Church
We have infant care through age 4 and a children’s church, called Kidz Zone for grades K-5. The children participate in activities that teach Jesus' love for them and, of course, some playtime.
